Please arrive a little earlier so that we can start on time.

This is a 60 mins class.

What to Bring:
Props provided are - mats, yoga blocks, straps, eye masks and bolsters
Bring your own mat if that is your preference or you like to double up
Bring a blanket for final relaxation
Wear: Comfortable layers
