St Catherine’s Castle to Polridmouth and Gribbin Head The countryside to the west of Fowey offers a variety of landscapes, including superb views and many features of historical significance. This coastal walk takes you to beaches, coves, woodlands and grassland rich in wild flowers. Famed for its association with the author Daphne du Maurier, and the setting of many of her books, this area offers breathtaking natural beauty.

Fowey 'Hall Walk'Savour the still green waters of Pont Pill on a walk of exceptional beauty through woodland and creek, with striking views of Fowey Harbour. A spectacular coastal walk with exceptional views. This is a favourite circular walk for many, which includes two ferry rides: from Fowey to Polruan and Fowey to Bodinnick.

Covington Walk This walk is on the edge of the bustling, ancient, harbour town of Fowey. Stunning views, woodland, beaches and open fields make for a perfect stroll, and perhaps a picnic too. The walk also takes in some interesting historical sites, such as St Catherine’s Castle and one of Daphne du Maurier’s houses.
